It will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 1 to 3 pm. The speakers will include the Georgetown Divide Fire Safe Council, Georgetown Divide Public Utilities District, American River Conservancy, Georgetown Divide Resource Conservation District, and the Divide Climate Crisis Group. Speakers will address their organization’s response to the threat of climate change here on the Divide. A question and answer period will follow the speakers. Attention Auburn Lake Trails Residents:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Georgetown Divide Public Utility District is modifying our procedures for septic system inspections. Our staff will be following physical distancing guidelines and will no longer make direct contact with residents as part of conducting the septic inspections. As part of this measure, staff will no longer be knocking on doors to notify residents before inspections commence nor leaving door hangers indicating inspection results.

To receive inspection results, contact Adam Brown, Water Resources Manager, at abrown@gd-pud.org. Flyers will continue to be mailed every month if your residence is scheduled to be inspected.

Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time.
